Refund policy
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is determined to be a production error.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before ordering.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
